BTRNR Exclusive: Tinted Windows
That’s James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins) on guitar, Adam Schlesinger (Fountains Of Wayne) on bass, Mr. Bun E. Carlos (Cheap Trick) on drums, and Taylor Hanson (um, Hanson) on vocals.
They’re called Tinted Windows and the album will be out sometime this spring.
Sounds power pop-tastic, doesn’t it?

That photo of Taylor is from what, 1997? It’s 12 years later… please update your archive or something.
I’m quite interested to hear this, especially since all the members of Hanson collaborate with other artists quite often & there are always interesting results…

i am very interested to see what this band does if they go touring since hanson is writing new material for their next studio release…
also i cant wait to hear this album…. from what i heard it comes out in april!!
i dont agree with the use of taylor hanson’s 14 year old photo come on the guy has grown up get some new photos of him show him as he is now… hot as all hell!!!

In BTRNR’s defense, 99.9% of the people reading this forum will immediately think of, as he said, the “pop-tastic” Hanson of their tender teen years. After that, they fell off the charts. That’s reality. The only ones wishing to see recent photos, I’ll venture to guess, are folks who typed “Hanson” in a search engine to find this. No one seems to have their panties in a wad about that shit-old photo of the J. Geils band a few posts up or the one of the Nixon-looking Neil Young. Just sayin’.

Rest assured, Hanson fans – we have high hopes about Taylor’s involvement with Tinted Windows. That kid could sing his ass off when he was 12, and the word is that his vocal chops in this project give Robin Zander a run for his money.
Plus, putting a photo of a 12 year old next to one of Bunzuela is just kind of funny.
